Paidyの社外取締役にキャシー松井が就任 / Paidy Welcomes Kathy Matsui as External Director

業界をリードするあと払い（Buy Now Pay Later）サービス「ペイディ」を提供する株式会社Paidyは、このたび、新しく社外取締役としてキャシー松井を迎えることとなりましたのでお知らせします。キャシーは、企業経営の最前線での豊富な経験を生かし、当社の経営全般のサポートを行っていきます。

 キャシーは、1994年にゴールドマン・サックス証券会社に入社し、マネージング・ディレクター、パートナーを経て2015年副会長に就任しました。グローバル・マクロ調査部アジア部門統括、チーフ日本株ストラテジストを歴任し、2021年5月以降は日本初ESG重視型のベンチャーキャピタルファンド、MPower Partnersのゼネラルパートナーとして活躍しています。過去には、政府関係の女性の潜在力促進・向上改革に向けた会合、ワーキンググループなどにも参画しました。

Kathy is a general partner of MPower Partners, Japan’s first ESG-focused venture capital firm. Previously she was vice chair of Goldman Sachs Japan, co-head of Macro Research in Asia and chief Japan equity strategist. Kathy joined Goldman Sachs in 1994 and was named managing director and partner. She was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee and Goldman Sachs Japan Co., Ltd. Executive Committee and has also served on numerous government committees aimed at promoting gender diversity in Japan.
