About Position |
We're looking for a bright, energetic and experienced marketer to join Paidy. We are currently in a very exciting phase of growth in Japan, pushing business forward with key merchants, including global giants. The Partner Marketing Lead will be a primary marketing contact for local and international partners, responsible for negotiating, developing and implementing impactful marketing programs with our strategically important merchants and nurture those relationships for a long-term successful business partnership. In this role, we seek a marketing professional who enjoys managing and growing relationships with partners and is comfortable owning the full life cycle of projects from negotiation through idea to execution. The preferred candidate must know how to develop and implement business/marketing strategies and effective programs that will help both our partners and Paidy business goals. This position will report to the VP of Marketing in a Marketing department. |

Skills and Requirements |
Our ideal candidate must have prior experience building strategies for various partnerships as well as marketing channels, including owned, earned and paid.(e.g.: working in house as a Partner Marketing manager, or at an advertising agency in a senior account management role). You will exhibit an ability to work independently and in an organized manner with a high level of autonomy and with initiative. You will be a confident self-starter with the passion and enthusiasm to get stuck into projects to deliver great business results. And you'll have an entrepreneurial approach and creative spark which you can bring to the Paidy brand. The competencies and experience we are looking for are summarized here;
