About Position 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager who is excited about building and leading projects from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their project management skills and eager to establish effective processes that drive clarity, accountability, and results.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive cross team development projects in Paidy, and capture status and share them to stakeholders 
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Capture initiative developments in Paidy based on data, and visualize them, while managing priority and resources
  • Create processes and initiatives, and execute them to improve productivity and quality of services with engineering team 
  • Drive agile implementation in feature development by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Implement release trains across multiple departments 
  • Keep the entire organization in sync and make expected progress as per decided OKRs
  • Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance

Skills and Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • 5 years+ experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum 
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools such as JIRA 
  • Understand agile development method and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
  • Leadership and communication skills to drive people 
  • Understand product management, customer support, marketing, and engineering concepts
  • Business level skills in English 

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Professional certification such as PMP
  • Certifications of ScrumMaster
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
  • Business level Japanese skill in preferred
